Openly is available only through independent agents and is a strong fit for Johns Creek, Alpharetta, and Milton homes over $400,000.

Claims Experience

Openly's NAIC complaint index of 0.31 is excellent for a homeowners-only carrier, reflecting their focused approach to a single product line. Because they only write homeowners, their claims organization is purpose-built for property claims rather than split across auto, commercial, and specialty lines. Clients report faster resolution on clear-cut losses. The digital claims interface works well for straightforward events. Large structural losses on high-value homes receive more thorough review, which is standard at any carrier.

Pricing Context

Openly is priced toward the upper end of the market for homeowners, which reflects their broader coverage terms. A client comparing Openly to standard HO-3 carriers on premium alone will often see Openly at a higher price, but the comparison should account for the HO-5 open-perils coverage on both dwelling and contents that Openly includes by default.
