Hippo's Georgia sweet spot is newer construction (typically built after 2000), homes in established suburban neighborhoods with good claims history, and homeowners comfortable with digital-first service. Newer subdivisions in Forsyth, Cherokee, and North Fulton counties fit well. Hippo does not write older homes, homes needing significant underwriting flexibility, or clients who want a traditional agent-and-phone service model. We will be direct with you about whether Hippo fits your situation or whether a different carrier makes more sense.
